Screening
SMS is committed to providing only top quality candidates
to our clients. Consultants are carefully selected through
an extensive interview process. All candidates are required
to submit at least 3 professional references, and are subjected
to a technical screening process (technical tested).
Candidates are interviewed face-to-face to evaluate interpersonal
skills as well as their ability to communicate effectively.
Drug and criminal screenings are completed upon client’s
request.
Each candidate is evaluated in areas other than technical,
in order to determine attitude, motivation, initiative, stability,
planning skills, social skills, problem solving ability, and
resourcefulness.
